Nia is a joy-full cardio-dance movement class, combining 52 simple moves inspired by nine different movement forms from the dance arts, martial arts, and healing arts, to create a workout that engages and energizes your mind, body, emotions, and spirit. And, it is non-impact and adaptable to individual needs and abilities.
